For the first time, it is possible to make the sought-after material available on the German and European market on a relevant scale. Remelting of the AMC ingots can be realised with conventional furnaces and does not require any further investment in your existing machinery.
The AMC were previously produced in inefficient processes (melt or powder metallurgical). However, these did not make it possible to provide the material in sufficient quantities. With our process, we provide you with a homogeneous material for high-quality components on an industrial scale.
We will be happy to inform you about the most important processing parameters for using the new material. Benefit from our know-how on the correct melt temperature, processing times, melt treatment and mould optimisation as a result of changed flow behaviour!
