Unlike conventional processes, our patented technology enables the uniform dispersion of ceramic SiC particles in the aluminum matrix without sedimentation, agglomeration, or particulate segregation. This is the first time we have achieved a continuous, series-production-ready manufacturing process for metallic composites with stable properties and high material integrity.

The result: a reproducible, highly resilient AMC material on an industrial scale – with homogeneously distributed ceramic reinforcement.
